Booking Policy and T&C’s

We strive to provide our clients with top-notch beauty services in a professional and welcoming environment. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read and understand the following terms and conditions before booking any appointments or purchasing products.

1. Appointments and Cancellations:

We accept appointments and walk-ins for all services. You can book online, by phone, or in person.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

For cancellations made within 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the service will be charged.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

We will make every effort to contact you beforehand if this is necessary.

2. Payments and Refunds:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, as well as cash.

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

We do not offer refunds for services rendered.

In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with a service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment so we can discuss a resolution.

3. Client Conduct:

We treat all clients with respect and courtesy. We request that clients treat our staff and other clients with the same respect.

Abusive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of service and/or refusal of future service.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of alcohol or illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in the salon.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

4. Health and Safety:

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications you are taking before your appointment. This will help us ensure your safety and comfort during your service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to exhibit any symptom that may endanger themselves or others.

5. Personal Belongings:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Please leave valuables at home or keep them with you at all times.

7. Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
